Housing & Sponsor Grandparent Program

Perhaps our most meaningful initiative is the Sponsor Grandparent Program. We created it because we understand something that statistics can't capture: children don't just lose a caregiver when cancer takes their grandparent. They lose a cheerleader. A storyteller. A safe place.

Our Sponsor Grandparent Program matches caring adults with children who've lost that special relationship. These volunteers commit to showing up: at games, at graduations, at those ordinary Tuesday afternoons when a kid just needs someone to listen.

They're not replacing anyone. No one could. But they're filling a void with presence, with consistency, with love that says: You are not alone. You are not forgotten. You matter.
